We are unable to except returned printed or personalized items. If you find there is a misprint on your product, please inform us and we will work with you to quickly correct this error. Our graphic designers are trained to proofread all orders for grammar and spelling, but ultimately it is up to the customer to approve their proof. If any order contains a misprint due to our staff, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.
