How quickly will I receive my order?
Confetti ships all orders by UPS. We will ship blank orders within 1-2 business days and printed orders will ship within 3-5 business days. UPS will not ship to a PO Box only to a physical address. Confetti ships Monday-Friday excluding major holidays.
Approximate time frames for shipping ground from California are as follows:
* East Coast 5 - 6 business days
* Mid-Central 3 - 4 business days
* West Coast 1 - 2 business days
Shipping prices are dependent on the weight of the package and will be calculated out at time of check out.
International Orders
Our shipping prices reflect fees for shipping addresses within the continental USA. We will be glad to ship to addresses outside of the continental USA, but additional shipping fees will apply. We will contact you once your order has been placed and let you know of the additional charges.
How do I get my proof?
After you place an order you will receive a proof through email within 24 business hours. The proof will show you the color, font and layout of your text. You will then have the opportunity to make any changes you feel are needed. Confetti will work with you until you are satisfied and will not print any orders until a final approval is given.

Before you give approval... carefully check spelling, punctuation, position, and layout for accuracy. Unless otherwise instructed, your order will be produced exactly as APPROVED.
Photo Proofs
If your order is for a digital photo product, please email photo to proofs@confettiink.com. For best quality printing please email a minimum of 300 dpi jpeg photo. Upon receipt you will receive a email proof within 24 - 48 business hours.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Confetti accepts all Visa, MasterCard & American Express. The law requires that we collect 8.75% State Sales Tax on all orders within the State of California which is were we are incorporated. All other states are exempt.
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place your order.
Can I Rush my order?
If you need your order rushed, there is a $25.00 rush fee. With this charge, we guarantee that if you have a blank order it will ship in same business day and if it is printed it will ship in 2-3 business days. Please note we do have several lines that do not offer a rush service, so if there is a problem rushing your order you will be contacted immediately. If you require this service please make a note on your order and you will be charged upon confirmation that we can accommodate the rush. Can I get my Return Address printed on the envelope?
If return address is available there will be an option on the product
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, you have 12 hours to cancel and a $15 processing fee will be applied. The remaining balance will be issued in the form of a store credit can be used toward a future purchase.
What is your Return Policy and policy on Re-prints?
All sale and clearance items are final sale. You may return regular priced blank stock within 14 days of receipt of goods for a credit to be applied toward future purchases. We will not refund the original cost of shipping to you or the cost of shipping to have the stock returned to us. We are unable to except returned printed items. If you find there is a misprint on your product, please inform us and we will work with you to quickly correct this error. Our typesetters are trained to proofread all orders for grammar and spelling, but ultimately it is up to the customer to approve their proof. If any order contains a misprint due to our staff, we will happily reprint it at no additional cost to you.
